Exodus 20:12. Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which thy God giveth thee. It seems this commandment from the Lord is hitting on death ears in our generation. The respect for age is regected and the support for the elderly is thrown out of the minds of many people. These are some of the reasons hardships have fallen on many nations. Let us come back to our senses and support the elderly so that we live long and enjoy this life. The elderly are looking to you. Your support in cash or kind would be very much appreciated.
